This place should be condemned! Sketch as hell! Cardboard over windows, cockroaches, and more. Looks like something from a Steven King book.

I came here because Choice Hotels recommended this property in the area. I’m a Choice Privileges Titanium Elite member and stay at Choice properties regularly, and this is easily one of the lowest-end Choice experiences I’ve had. The biggest problem was checkout. I travel out of state for work and need a proper hotel folio for reimbursement. The front desk was unattended and I waited about 30 minutes. When the employee finally came, I asked for my receipt. He did NOT tell me he couldn’t generate one. He stood at the computer pretending to look through the system, then reached into a box and handed me the ORIGINAL registration form I had signed at check-in, complete with my original ink signature, and tried to pass that off as my receipt. When I called him out, he got an attitude and told me, “that’s just how they do it here.” No, it isn’t. Hours after I left, the Choice app was still showing me as checked in. Without a proper folio, I can’t submit my work expense for reimbursement on time, which can leave me carrying company travel expenses on my own credit card for another week. The rest of the property was also poor. No breakfast was being served even though the Choice app

Terrible customer service. Playing games with reservations and deposit for IHCDA Indiana disaster hotel vouchers. Are trying to charge $100 a day deposit for rooms. This is a disaster. No one has $3K for deposit. Shame on this place highway robbery at its finest.
